Photo Opt-Out

Photos of your child may appear on the Sunnyside website, in flyers, or in the PTA Newsletter. Students are never identified by name. To prohibit use of your child's photo, please fill out this form and submit a recent photo.

If you submit this form, a parent volunteer will check your child’s picture against every photo that might be published. For this reason, please opt out only for the most serious of concerns.
